Switching disciplines, you will strengthen & lengthen your body with in-home mat Pilates - a lovely full-body work out with a deep emphasis on the core. My teaching is rooted in classical mat Pilates with a modern approach tailored to your body to restore radiance, and create a long, lean physique. Centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow are the six key principles of the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning that you can deeply benefit from, including moving with more grace, mobility, & ease and correcting postural imbalances.
