For your yoga practice, I combine yogic philosophy and meditation

for a deeper and layered experience while building strength and flexibility.  

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and always embody a tone of self connection and gratitude.

Additionally, you will strengthen & lengthen your body with in-home mat Pilates - a lovely full-body work out

with a deep emphasis on the core. My training encompasses both classical and contemporary Pilates, so we can tailor sessions to your preference while creating a long, lean physique. Centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow are the

six key principles of the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning that you can deeply benefit from,

including moving with more grace, mobility, & ease and correcting postural imbalances.
